Mendham Fire Department

The 23 Company began handling the web-needs for Mendham FD back in 2000. We have transitioned from two static HTML sites to a Joomla platform to the current responsive WordPress instillation.

The web site is used to provide important information and safety tips back to the community, provide a means of accepting funds electronically as well as generate interest in the department as a whole.

As social media movement has emerged, so has the Mendham Fire Department. We currently manage pages on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn and Fourquare.


2014 Update & Redesign

Mendham Fire Department has been very pro-active with using technology to engage their community for a long time. As MFD’s need have grown, so has the traffic and reliance on their website and though their old design worked very well for them it was time for a change. What we developed is another fully responsive solution with simple navigation and propionate call to action elements within a modern-clean design.

Behind the scenes this website really packs a punch! The site has a fully functioning e-commerce shop, an event ticketing system, event calendar, fully customizable forms for collecting inquiries and donations, plus analytics and internal monitors to help keep their visitors’ experience as clean as possible. Then we threw a secure socket layer (SSL) on top of everything to keep personal information safe.


About Mendham Fire Department

The Mendham Fire Department proudly protects 5,000 people living in an area of six square miles. We operate out of one station that protects a primarily residential area.
